Get The Message campaign – Cancer Prevention Non Communicable Diseases

Pain After Gallbladder Surgery

What disease would this symptom be of… I wake up in the morning okay, but the instant I put anything in?
my system I get a diffuse abdominal pain in the center of my abdomen. I am talking just swallowing a sip of water and the pain kicks in. It doesn’t seem like it could even get to my stomach that fast. With the deeper pain is also a prickly feeling just under the abdominal skin and mild nausea. But it’s the fact that the smallest in-take sets it off and right away. What’s up? Anyone know? Any doctors/nurses out there
You need to seek more professional help than yahoo answers QT. To me, it seems physiological, and you may get a couple of answers similar… I would strongly suggest you talk to a real professional. Good luck

Canadian massage college requires medical check – I don’t have insurence and am US Citizen?
This is a two parter-
My school is in Canada, and I’m a US citizen. They’re requiring a letter stating that I’m “free from all communicable diseases” before I can actually start classes. When I ask my doctor what it would take to get this, they ask me to get a list from my school. My school doesn’t understand why I would need a list, and can’t/won’t provide one.
Secondly, I don’t have health insurance. I have a savings, but I’d really rather not spend that and have it for living expenses.
What do I ask my doctor to do and what tests to run? Would it be cheaper to get these things done in the US without insurance, or to pay to get it done in Canada?
Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks!
Being a Brit I would expect Canadain doctors would understand you asking for a full employment medical does cost no idea how much No I dont understand a list but the Doctor willl have a form which he will have to fill in yes maybe a sort of list but not one you pick and chose wot he examins

Sick of breast cancer commercials — are you, too?
I know breast cancer is a terrible disease.
But again, it’s not the only type of cancer. I’m getting sick of seeing all of these advertisements for “breast cancer walks,” “breast cancer ribbons,” “breast cancer bracelets,” etc. How about some lung cancer walks? How about brain cancer (which, in some cases, is more deadly) pens? How about a Parkinsons disease car sticker?
And now, there’s a cervical cancer commercial with a perfume bottle. I mean, seriously? It would be nice if there was support for other types of cancer readily advertised.
This is coming from a teenage girl who recently had her dad die of melanoma. I am neither sexist nor uninformed about the issue.
I’m not tired of them. Anything to spread awareness. I know a lot of attention is paid to Breast Cancer, and I know we need to spread word about other types. I see some commercials about other cancers, and diseases.
