Many of us are afraid of having any kinds of diseases. This is because of the very hectic and fast paced lifestyle that people have today. Because of the kind of lifestyle that most people have, one can easily be left behind because of a minor setback like the flu or a cold. There are a lot of viruses that can affect us in all of our surroundings. You could be sitting quietly in your garden when a mosquito suddenly bit you and because of that bite you got infected with malaria. This is just on of the hundreds of real life scenarios that have caused illness to people. But with a little carefulness and a lot of prevention, these situations can be easily avoided. But for other conditions that are hereditary like the Gilbert’s disease a person can only do so much.
Hereditary medical conditions can be described as a disaster waiting to happen or a bomb waiting to explode. This is because the nature of most hereditary conditions is benign and dormant. A person can go on half their life without them knowing that in a few years they could be suffering horribly. The healing process takes years and it takes a lot of patience and understanding between the families and friends.
The real key to understanding the condition is by understanding the syndrome itself and putting yourself to the pinnacle of caring for your loved one. People with Gilbert’s disease and other hereditary diseases rarely fully recover from their conditions and some relatives just give up on their family members. That’s the reason why people should be really up to the task of taking care of the afflicted person for almost the rest of their lives.
To better understand the effects and the Gilbert’s disease a person must know the kind of condition a person afflicted with the disease feels. Commonly Gilbert’s disease is a common disorder passed down through each generation of families that attacks the way bilirubin is processed by the liver and this offensive against the liver’s processing may also lead to called jaundice.
Other names that we can call it
In the field of medicine, Gildbert’s disease comes in many names. Some of which in include “Icterus intermittens juvenilis,” “low-grade chronic hyperbilirubinemia,” “familial non-hemolytic-non-obstructive jaundice,” “constitutional liver dysfunctions,” “unconjugated benign bilirubinemia” among others. Although the names of the condition vary, they are all believed to have the same effect and symptoms as Gilbert’s disease.
Unveiling its causes
Gilbert’s disease affects up to 10% of some Caucasian populations this means that for every one hundred people ten of them suffer from the disease. The causes of the condition are still a bit of a mystery, one thing that is for sure is that it is hereditary. Signs and symptoms include mild jaundice (this is the yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), and fatigue.
It is really a trying and hard syndrome to over come, some people takes years to notice that they have Gilbert’s disease, and when they do find out sometimes it’s too late to be treated. Even though Gilbert’s disease can change a person’s way of life the understanding and the commitment of the family should also be there. For those who might be suffering from this condition, it is best to consult a licensed physician before jumping to any conclusions or before taking in any form of treatment and medication.

Can somebody tell me the symptoms of Chickenpox?
The symptoms are pretty obvious. An itchy rash of fluid filled bumps, that covers all or part of the body. Fever, body aches, loss of appetite, weakness, and fatigue may also accompany it.
There is not treatment. You just have to ride it out. You can apply topical lotions or creams to control the itching, take something like Tylenol or ibuprofen to control fever, drink plenty of fluids, and get plenty of rest. DO NOT scratch. It can leave permanent scars.

Infectious Diseases background and GIDEON

When it comes to building a chicken coop you don’t have to be a carpenter or an expert, but you do need to consider certain factors. Getting it right takes planning and finding the right design. Once you’ve found the right design, stick with it. The end result is tremendously satisfying and rewarding. The chicken coop looks good, your chickens are safe and you get fresh eggs everyday!
Chicken coops have to be built in such a way that they protect the chickens from the natural elements, as well as, prowling predators. That’s why when it comes to building a chicken coop, the location is an important factor. It needs to be constructed facing the sun, on a high and well drained area, so it can dry up quickly after rains. Proper ventilation is another crucial factor. You might like to install sliding doors and windows that can be opened to ensure proper ventilation when the weather gets hot. But, make sure that the doors you install open towards the inside, not outside and don’t forget to secure all doors and windows of the chicken coop.
As for keeping predators at bay, after you’ve finished building your chicken coop, surround it with chicken wire that’s around 1 foot deep. You can also cement the floor and use two cinder blocks for the beginnings of the wall, in order to protect your chickens from snakes and creatures that dig underground. It’s important to keep ease of cleaning in mind when building a chicken coop, that way you can clean it often. Keep this in mind while selecting your design. You see, diseases can be disastrous for chickens housed in coops. Another way out is to keep the floor slightly sloped towards the main door, so water will drain out automatically.
Before building a chicken coop you need to ensure that the chickens are kept warm in winter and at night by insulating the walls properly. You might like to consider getting an electrical lightning system that can double up as a heat and light source. These factors are critical since you don’t want to end up building a chicken coop that doesn’t serve the purpose of keeping your chickens well protected and nicely housed. There’s nothing more heartbreaking than losing baby chicks or mother hens due to a lack of precaution or bad planning. So, do take care. It all comes down to choosing the right design…

can a CHILD’s eggs be used in in-vitro fertilization?
on an episode of law and order SVU, a couple wanted to do in vitro because the first daughter they had turned out to have this rare disease where she would forever have the mind of a young infant. they wanted to have a “normal” child so fearing that the mother’s eggs caused this disease, they instead used the eggs from the 8 yr old daughter! i know this is a tv show but i was wondering if this is at all possible in real life??that the eggs from a child can be used in this procedure??? i just cant imagine!
they didnt want their daughter to have a child, they just wanted their family carried on so they wanted another child that would have the same dna. the daughter had the mind of a 3 month old, its not like it would be her baby in any way the parents would have raised it completely as their own. and if people can really do that in real life thats kind of sick
that wasnt the reason they wanted to have that baby. they wanted their daughter to have a child and this was the only way.
i dont think its illegal. most people wouldnt do it but there isnt a law saying that you cant do that.
Law & Order: SVU is really accurate, i dont think they just made something up that wasnt at all possible
