Inflammatory Skin Diseases

inflammatory skin diseases

The most common rash of the is dermatitis. This is simple a swollen area of that may or may not change the color around it. It will be red and might even itch. The cause of these types of rashes will vary and depend on the particular rash symptoms you are suffering from and what the looks like. It could be something simple requiring a care application or a result of a more serious . The three most common rash types are Contact, Dandruff, and others like Eczema.

Treatment:

Natural treatments will feed the body and make it healthier as it heals. The body will be treated from the inside to relieve the problems on the outside. The skins natural balance will be restored and the digestion will improve. When the internal organs are clean and in proper running order, the body will get rid of the toxins and the buildup causing the rash will be eliminated.
Natural remedies for skin rashes do not cause the side effects of conventional medications. They simply nourish and support the skin, detoxify the body, reduce swelling, clean germs and bacteria away, and produce healthier cell function.

Here are some tips to help you:

1. Choice of clothing

Here, we are talking about materials that tend to cause irritation. Such materials include wool and synthetic ones. Cotton is a safe choice – you should plan your wardrobe based on this material.

2. Use Moisturisers

A moistureless epidermis is more prone to itchiness. You should therefore ensure moisture is maintained by firstly applying high quality moisturising lotions or creams.

3. Choice of laundry detergent and bathing soap

Common laundry detergent is known to cause irritation. As such, use mild detergent when doing your laundry and double rinse your clothes after each wash. Also, when bathing / showering,

* fix yourself a remedy using the exact proportions as suggested

* apply it to your skin

* repeat the procedure for a week or two (depending on the severity of your illness)

* go shopping for some summer clothes and hit the nearest beach

There are some traditional remedies that have been recommended for a childhood rash or toddler rash which include:

1) Oatmeal Baths:

After you have your oatmeal breakfast, make a bath for your child by putting in a cup of oatmeal. This is very soothing on the skin. It also is used by some for acne problems.

2) Calamine Lotion:

Calamine lotion is easy to find in supermarkets and drugs stores , is inexpensive and works well for rash relief. It is often used for fire ant bites as well as poison ivy.

3) Aloe Vera:

Aloe vera is used for a number of conditions, aloe vera is anti-inflammatory and supplies vitamins. If you have an aloe plant you can cut off a piece.

    Human Werewolf Disease

    human werewolf disease
I just got to thinking….how were ‘Vampires’ & ‘ Werewolves’ imagined?

I know where Mermaids came from, drunk saliors seeing seals sunning themselves on rocks, Dragons came from the chinese finding dinosaur fossils, Witchs came from insane women who are normaly blind with hate so they mix poisons and cackle and spout curses that come true out of fear and sometimes coincidence……and whatever else, was there once some sort of that dissolved blood and killed a person….(that could have created the idea of blood sucking bats turned human….) or one that made hair grow like crazy all over the body and made the person go mad?? (Werewolves?)
Or were they just randomly imagined?

Some anthropologists believe that these monsters were made up as a result of serial murders. In the minds of the people of the communities affected, it was inconceivable that a person/ human could commit such atrocities so they imagined supernatural creatures and demons to be responsible.

    Most Deadly Disease

    most deadly disease

POWER-PRANAYMA is a highly effective and intensive rhythmic breathing technique. If it is practiced regularly with empty stomach for 45 to 90 days all chronic, uncurable or like cancer, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis B, Parkinson, diabetes, HIV, asthma, allergies, are cured with 80-90% results. All of lungs, heart, brain and kidney are permanently cured. Any type of tumour, cyst or gland in the body dissolved completely without any surgery.

    POWER-PRANAYAMA Technique

Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position.

Close your eyes and relax your whole body.

    Stage one

Take 4 very slow and deep breaths from both nostrils.

    Stage two

    · Close your right nostril [R.N] with the thumb of right hand

    · Inhale slowly through left nostril [L.N.]

    · Close [L.N.]with the middle and ring finger of right hand

    · Exhale slowly through [R.N.]

    · Inhale very slowly through [R.N.]

    · Close your [R.N] with the thumb of right hand

    · Exhale slowly through left nostril [L.N.]

Repeat the above breathing exercise for 5 minutes or 10 cycles per session in this manner

    Close [R.N.] —inhale from [L.N.] —close [L.N.] — exhale from [R.N.] —inhale from [R.N.] — close [R.N.] —exhale from [L.N.].

    Stage three

    · Close the left nostril with the thumb of left hand.

    · Now exhale air rapidly by right nostril by quick strokes, like 50 exhales in a minute. In this process only the stomach muscles should contract per stroke. Contraction of abdominal muscles helps to evacuate the lungs by raising the diaphragm.

    · Now take a very slow and deep breath from the [R.N.]

    · Closed the [R.N.] right nostril by the thumb of right hand.

    · Immediately exhale the air from the [L.N.].very slowly.

    · Now rapidly exhale air from your [L.N.].50 exhales per minute.

    · Take a slow and a deep breath from your [L.N.]

    · Closed the [L.N.] by thumb of left hand.

    · Immediately exhale very slowly from your [R.N.]

    · Repeat the whole set of cycle for25 minutes or 10 cycles per session in this manner:

closed the [L.N.]—50 rapids exhales from the [R.N.]—one deep inhale from the [R.N.]—closed the [R.N.]—slowly exhale from the [L.N.]—rapid 50 exhales from the [L.N.]—take one deep and slow breath through the [L.N.]—closed the [L.N.]—exhale air from your [R.N.]

    Stage four

Now take 4 very slow and deep breaths from both nostrils.

    Precautions

    · Gradually increase the time for POWER-PRANYAMA from 5 minutes to 35 minutes

    · For chronic diseases practice the POWER-PRANAYMA twice a day in the morning and in evening

    · If pain or dizziness is experienced immediately stop the practice till the sensation has passed

    · Quick exhalations should not be very forceful.

    · POWER- PRANAYAMA should not practice by those

    a. Suffering from heart

    b. In high blood pressure

    c. Having hernia

    d. During pregnancy

    e. Having stomach ulcer
